‘What if the Weasleys were working for Voldemort?’: Potterheads Reveal Who They Thought Would Turn to the Dark Side Before They Finished the Magical Series

When reading a series like Harry Potter, you are always well aware that anything is possible. Even from the very first book, it is clear that Rowling is not afraid to create plot twists and complicated storylines that surprise the readers time and time again.

So when the books first came out, and nobody knew how they were going to end, fans speculated about each and every character's fate, who was going to live and who would not survive, who was going to be revealed as evil, and who will forever remain good and loyal.

The question of who would turn to the dark side was probably the most interesting one. Characters were constantly moving from one side to the other, even canonically, so there was no character you knew for sure was on the good side.     I was OBSESSED with this specific line for years. I thought for sure it meant that he was happy Voldemort took Harry's blood bc it would help him (Voldemort) in some way. DH didn't come out for another what, 7 years after GoF was released? So I had to wait 7 years to finally understand what that line meant.
